ในเอกสารที่ต้องโหลดจากเว็บอะค่ะ
มุมบนขวา  จะมีเขียนว่า
for office use    /AFS ID#
เราต้องเติมรหัสอะไรเองมั้ยคะ?

เอ๋อ พี่ ไมล์ หรือ พี่ มิล อะครับ คือถ้าอ่านผิด ผมก็ขอ super junierนะครับ คือ อยากสอบถามว่า เอกสาร ฟอร์ม 4 กับ ฟอร์ม 5 ไม่มีให้โหลดหรือครับ รือว่า แค่ใส่ จดหมายไป เป็นพอ

พี่ไม่ทราบเหมือนกันว่าล่าสุดเค้าทำกันยังไง แต่สมัยของพี่ ให้พิมพ์ลงไปในกระดาษ A4 แยกต่างหากครับ

พี่ต้นไม้  วันนี้ได้รับเมลล์จากเอเอฟเอส
เค้าบอกว่า 
     AFS Thailand is now checking your international application before sending to the hosting country. Please find the following details for you reference and send us the incomplete / missing papers as soon as possible!!!!!!!!!!!
 
- Do you have the tuberculosis skin test (TB Test result)? We don't see the resulf in 3B.
- Passport Photocopy (ส่งตามไปให้แล้วค่ะ  ก่อนได้รับเมลล์)
  คือ  วันที่ไปตรวจสุขภาพรพ.ที่เค้ากำหนด  ได้ถามหมอแล้วว่ายังไม่ได้ตรวจTB skin testแต่หมอบอกว่า เอ็กซเรย์ปอดแล้วไม่เป็นแสดงว่าไม่เป็นทีบีแน่นอน เพราะผลมันชัวร์กว่าTB skin test แล้ว(ตามหลักการแพทย์) ดังนั้นไม่ต้องตรวจTB skin testอีก   แต่พอตรวจเอกสารไม่ผ่านแบบนี้ต้องโทรไปคุยกับเอเอฟเอสหรือเปล่า หรือต้องไปอธิบายหมอแล้วขอตรวจใหม่  ชักงง
